Preparing for labor is both exciting and overwhelming—but you do not have to navigate it alone. As your birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to help you feel grounded, prepared, and empowered throughout your birthing experience. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated, medicated, or water birth—in a hospital, birth center, or at home—my role is to support your choices, advocate for your needs, and help create a calm environment where you can labor with confidence.

Two Prenatal Sessions

We'll review your birth plan, talk through comfort measures and prepare your support teams.

On-Call Support

I'll be available 24/7 to answer questions, provide reassurance, and be ready when labor begins.

Partner Support

I work alongside your partner, not in place of them. While your partner knows you best, I know birth—and together we create a supportive, confident birth team.

Continuous Labor Support

From active labor until shortly after birth, I'll be with you to offer physical comfort (like massage and position changes), emotional support, and encouragement.

Immediate Postpartum Support

Assistance with feeding initiation, infant bonding, and ensuring you are emotionally and physically supported before I transition out.

One Postpartum Check-In

A follow-up visit within 6 weeks after delivery takes place to debrief your birth, answer questions, and offer additional guidance or referrals if needed.

Labor & Birth Doula Package: $1,500

Includes personalized education and continuous support tailored to your preferences.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due by 36 weeks.
Payment plans are available upon request.
