From birth planning to real-time labor coaching and postpartum guidance, virtual support gives you the flexibility and empowerment you need. This option is an accessible way to receive professional doula care before, during, and after birth—no matter where you are. 

Prenatal Support

  • Birth planning sessions via phone or video

  • Childbirth education on the stages of labor, comfort measures, and common interventions

  •  Partner support and coaching

  • Assistance in creating a clear, personalized birth plan

Labor Support

  • Real-time support during labor via phone, text or video

  • Coaching on positioning, breathing, and coping strategies 

  • On-the-spot guidance for birth partners to provide effective physical support

  • Encouragement and emotional support throughout labor 

Postpartum Support

  • Support with newborn care and early parenting questions

  • Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding guidance 

  • Emotional wellness check-ins 

  • Referrals to local or virtual lactation consultants, therapists, or pediatric providers as needed

Investment

Virtual support services are offered in three flexible package options :

  • Prenatal Support Only: $300

    • ​Two prenatal sessions and unlimited text/email support through 38 weeks.

  • Labor Support Only: $425 

    • ​Continuous real-time coaching via video, text, or phone from active labor through delivery.

  • Full Virtual Doula Package: $650

    • ​Two prenatal sessions, unlimited text/email support through 38 weeks, continuous virtual labor support and one postpartum check-in.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing your contract.
