education, and encouragement throughout your perinatal journey. From birth planning to real-time labor coaching and postpartum guidance, virtual support offers the flexibility and empowerment you need—delivered through secure video, phone, or text communication.
This service is ideal for families looking for a cost-effective, accessible way to receive
professional doula care before, during, and after birth—no matter where you are.

What's included in Virtual Doula Support

Prenatal Support

  • Birth planning sessions via Zoom or Phone

  • Education on the stages of labor, comfort techniques, and common interventions

  • Emotional Preparation and partner coaching

  • Assistance in creating a clear, personalized birth preferences document 

Labor Support

  • Real-time support during labor via phone, text or video

  • Coaching on positioning, breathing, and coping strategies 

  • On-the-spot guidance for birth partners to provide effective physical support

  • Encouragement and emotional presence throughout labor 

Postpartum Support

  • Support with newborn care and early parenting questions

  • Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding guidance 

  • Emotional wellness check-ins and maternal mental health screening

  • Sleep routine tips and healing/recovery education 

  • Refferals to local or virtual lactation consultants, therapists, or pediatric providers as needed

Investment

Virtual doula services are offered in three flexible package options:

  • Prenatal Support Only: $250

    • Includes up to 2 prenatal sessions + unlimited email/text support through 38 weeks

  • Labor Support Only: $350

    • Includes real-time coaching via video, text, or phone from active labor to delivery

  • Full Virtual Doula Package: $500

    • Includes prenatal sessions, labor support, and 1 postpartum check-in)

    • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required based on the total hours
      contracted.
